GETTING TO PALAZZO ANTONINI-CERNAZAI
From the railway station and the bus station (on Viale Europa Unita) you can take the bus (line 1 or 3), bus stop “Sello” (Piazza 1° maggio 12B). Five minutes walk from here. Please note that bus tickets are not sold onboard, but must be purchased before getting on the vehicle at tobacco shop near the bus stop and validated once on the bus.

The nearest airports to Udine:
Treviso
MOM line 6 connects the airport to the Treviso train station. Here you can find the timetables for line 6. A train to Udine leaves from the Treviso railway station approximately every 30 minutes. You can use a shuttle.

From the airport you can take the bus or the train.
Azienda Provinciale Trasporti di Gorizia bus line 51 departs from “Pietro Savorgnan di Brazzà” airport and heads to the Udine bus station (Viale Europa Unita). The journey takes about 55 minutes. Timetable.
Otherwise, you can travel by train. The station of departure is called “Trieste Airport”. You can take a direct train to Udine, or take a train to Venice with change at Monfalcone. The journey takes 30 minutes by direct train; approx. 1 hour with change at Monfalcone.
Venice
From Venice Marco Polo airport the Flixbus line goes directly to the Udine bus station (viale Europa Unita). The journey takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Otherwise, ATVO’s 35B Fly bus line takes you to the Venezia-Mestre bus station in 15-20 minutes. Then from Venice you can take a train to Udine; the Venice-Udine journey takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Timetables for the 35B Fly Bus line and timetables for trains.

We will set up a trial meeting on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, November 16th at 10.00 a.m. CET. You can also indicate in the form if you intend to participate in the trial.

20 minutes + questions. Please make sure that your presentation does not exceed the time allocated.
POWERPOINTS
PPT presentations should be in English, to allow even those who do not speak the language of your talk to follow part of the presentation. We have activated a translation service for those who cannot personally translate their PPT into English. In this case, we must receive your PPT by November, 10th. Please indicate this option in the form. You will then be contacted by the student(s) who will do the translation.
WiFi INTERNET ACCESS The University of Udine adopts the Eduroam international platform through which every kind of device can connect to the University of Udine’s WiFi with the same log-in information used at your university and without any further formality. To take advantage of this service, please contact the IT assistance of your university.
